Bio: Valerie E. Polichar

Valerie Polichar has published poetry and fiction in a variety of journals (most recently Futures Mysterious Anthology and South Dakota Review). She also writes and speaks on the subject of educational technology. She is a singer and songwriter, and publishes the small literary magazine Grasslimb. Valerie holds a Ph.D. in experimental psychology, and works as a computer network manager at the University of California, San Diego.

To date, I’ve published more than 70 short stories, articles, and essays for publications in England and North America. I live in the Pacific Northwest (about 15 miles from Vancouver, B.C.) and am currently working on two mystery novels. I’ve also published a murder mystery called Taxed to Death.
